Safe Swaddling

  • October 27, 2013

There are specific ways to safely swaddle your baby to prevent developmental dysplasia of the hip or DDH, which is the abnormal development of a child’s hip joint. Host and mom of four, Jenni June, shares a couple of swaddling techniques, the diamond method and the square method, to ensure your baby is still comforted by the swaddle while protecting their delicate little hips.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Always remember to REMOVE THE SWADDLE immediately once your baby becomes mobile to prevent accidents or injury.
