  • 11am-1pm Five families with infants 4 to 6 months
  • 1:30pm-3:30pm Five families with babies 7-16 months
  • 4:00pm-6:00pm Five families with toddlers 17 months to 3.5 years

Your Semi-private customized sleep training package Includes:

#1) Intake and evaluation of your baby and child’s current sleep habits and challenges PRIOR to the in-class session.

#2) Jenni will teach you all of the critical components of developmentally correct pediatric sleep hygiene- THE SCIENCE OF SLEEP! This is Jenni June’s trademarked secret and essential foundation to long-term sleep training success! No sleep training “method” will work without it. Jenni June is the originator of the “4 Pillars of Sleep Hygiene”–The secret sleep science for long-term success and far fewer tears!

#3) Jenni will teach you how to properly match the right sleep training “method” to your unique child and family. You will not be required to conform to just one method! Jenni will demonstrate each of the 4 main sleep-training methods, from which all sleep training books borrow.  Each family will be equipped with easy to follow instructions on how to perform the method of THEIR CHOICE.

#4) Open discussion and solutions addressing each child’s specific sleep crutches and behavioral challenges – No stone will remain unturned. This is where the rubber meets the road, whether for naps or bedtime. You won’t get this straight-forward, evidence based, one-on-one coaching from a book.

#5) Start sleep training the very next day! You will be assigned to Jenni or her esteemed colleague for regularly scheduled 15 minute daily coaching for 5 consecutive days as you begin implementing your customized sleep plan. This will include an evaluation of your daily sleep log.
